‣ use 1x/day in the morning (on the top lash line only) for three months, after three months, apply every other day for maintenance.

‣ for sensitive skin, apply every other day from the start of use.

application steps for lashes

one: ensure that the eye lid is clean.

two: gently shake the bottle (this is also a great way to notice when you are running low or out of serum) note: the serum is liquid, if you tilt or hold the tiue upside down it will drain out 😭

three: remove the brush from the tube and swipe off any excess product, the brush should be damp but the product should not be visible (droplet). if this happens, swipe the brush around the nozzle to remove excess - like you would a nail polish brush 💅🏻

four: starting on the outer corner of the lash line and moving towards the inner corner, apply as if you were using liquid eyeliner - as close to the lash line as possible (on the skin).

five: wait 1-2 minutes for the serum to absorb before applying mascara and/or makeup and 15 minutes before putting in contacts.

application steps for brows

one: ensure that the brows are clean and that all skin care products have been applied.

two: gently shake the bottle (this is also a great way to notice when you are running low or out of serum)note: the serum is liquid, if you tilt or hold the tube upside down it will drain out 😭

four: apply a thin line of serum directly onto the eyebrows, from the tail of the brows towards the start of the brow. apply the serum against the natural hair direction so that the product is applied at the root of the hair and can absorb into the skin.

five: allow the serum to dry, then comb eyebrow hair in natural hair direction, if needed.

+ can I still use a lash growth serum if I have sensitive eyes?

if you have allergies or general sensitivity, please take the time to carefully read the ingredients list before using the serum. if you are worried about or experience any sensitivity, switch to every other day use. your results may take a few extra weeks, but you will still achieve results 🙆🏼‍♀️

‣ note: you shouldn’t experience any irritation at all — some clients find their lash line can be itchy with some pinkness (the serum is stimulating growth and blood flow within the follicle, so this is normal) and generally this subsides within a couple weeks. if this is the case for you, you can apply every other day for 2-3 weeks before switching to daily application.

+ how long will it take my lashes to grow when I'm using a lash growth serum?

everyone’s results vary based on factors like age, stress, and lash growth etc. the golden rule is: be patient! every client who uses EyEnvy regularly sees great results. the lash magic ✨ will happen, I promise!

typically clients start seeing results after about a month of daily use, with maximum results at around the 2-3 month mark (it takes that long for your new lil’ baby lashies to grow into adult lashes).

you may also achieve different results due to genetics (ie. if you start off with short lashes, your lashes might not grow as long as someone who has started of with naturally medium length lashes 😘) or if you are taking medication that affects your hormonal system.

‣ a seemingly obvious note: if you stop using the serum, your lashes will eventually revert back to their natural state, an unfortunate reality 😅

+ how do I maintain my long lashes?

after three months of daily use, you can switch to applying every other day for maintenance. for sensitive eyes, apply the lash serum every third day.

‣ note: some clients continue applying every day ... it's easy to fall out of routine when applying every 2-3 days and a longer gap in betweeen applications can result in a lag in lash growth. regular application is key!

+ can I use a lash growth serum with lash extensions?

not all growth serums are compatable with lash extensions, but the EyEnvy formula us completely safe to use with lashes on and does not interfere with the bond of the adhesive 🥳.

make sure to wait 48 hours after your full set or fill of lash extensions before applying EyEnvy.

because EyEnvy conditions the lashes, lash extension clients most often find their retention improves with the serum (lash nerd 🤓 moment: lash adhesive needs a small amount of moisture to create a strong bond. so, if you are conditioning [hydrating] your natural lashes, this actually helps create a longer lasting bond).

using a lash serum with lash extensions can also:

• help damaged lashes recover while keeping lash extensions on.
• act as a preventative measure against natural lash damage from lash extensions.
• grow natural lashes longer and stronger to be able to support a longer and/or more dramatic lash extension lewk 👸🏼.

+ can I get a lash lift if I'm using a lash growth serum?

yes! EyEnvy and lash lifts are a match made in heaven 👯‍♀️ many clients find that the combo leaves makes their natural lashes look like classic lash extensions. yes pleaaaaaase.

make sure to avoid applying EyEnvy 48 hours before and after your lash lift

+ how long does a tube of EyEnvy last?

when using daily: a 2.0mL tube of EyEnvy lasts approximately 3 months and a 3.5mL tube lasts about 5 months.

once opened: the formula should be discarded after 9 months.

unopened: a tube of EyEnvy is good for 18 months or up to the manufacturer’s expiry date indicated at the bottom of the tube.

+ can I wear contacts when using a lash growth serum?

yes, you can use EyEnvy with contact lenses. remove contacts before applying the serum and wait 15 minutes before putting your contacts back in.

+ I started using EyEnvy and my eyes are irritated, itchy, and/or red, what should I do?

while the skin surrounding our eyes is highly sensitive and EyEnvy is carefully formulated to avoid irritation, some clients may still experience sensitivity. please make sure to follow the application steps carefully, most often, irritation is due to overuse or over application of the serum.

if mild or moderate redness or irritation occurs, stop using the serum temporarily until symptoms resolve. when you are ready to start using the serum again, apply every other day instead of daily.

discontinue use permanently if irritation reoccurs.

+ I noticed some skin discoloration where I apply EyEnvy, should I be concerned?

some clients have noted a slight pinkiness along the lash line when first using the serum. this is due to follicle stimulation and increased blood flow and is more visible on fairer skin tones. this discoloration is temporary and should lessen after your first few weeks of regular use and will disappear completely with discontinued use.

+ is it safe to use a lash growth serum during pregnancy and/or breastfeeding?

EyEnvy has not been tested in this particular situation; therefore it is not recommended to use the lash conditioner during pregnancy or breastfeeding.

+ can I use a lash growth serum on my eyebrows?

yes! EyEnvy lash conditioner will help existing eyebrow hairs grow longer, but it will not stimulate new growth. always keep in mind that if there has been any scarring on the skin tissue, hair cannot grow in that area.

‣ note: clients with sparser brows typically don’t feel like EyEnvy makes enough of a difference for the cost of the product (#rude) and choose to save it for their lashes 💁🏼‍♀️

+ why is it better to use my lash growth serum in the morning instead of at night?

studies have shown that when products near the eyes are applied at night, we have an increased chance of sensitivity (due to various factors). when used in the morning, the eye’s lacrimal glands (these glands secrete fluid that cleans, lubricates and nourishes the eye) are more active and sensitivity is reduced. because some clients are more sensitive than others, the general rule is for everyone to use EyEnvy in the morning, once a day 😎.

‣ note: if your night time routine is more regular than your morning one - feel free to apply your serum at night, as long is it gets applied once a day!

+ can I wear eye makeup while I'm using a lash growth serum?

yes, you can use all forms of make-up after applying EyEnvy. be sure to wait 1-2 minutes to let the serum absorb before applying makeup.

+ how long should I wait to apply mascara after using a lash growth serum?

mascara can be applied 1-2 minutes after applying the serum.

+ can I use a lash growth serum if I have cancer or have had cancer treatments?

it is recommended to begin using EyEnvy 6 months after your last chemotherapy treatment. while using the serum during treatment doesn't cause any adverse reactions, the effects of chemotherapy damaging cells in the body keeps EyEnvy from achieving its best results. for this reason, using EyEnvy 6 months after treatment allows more accurate and reliable results.
